At Wavi Coffee, we’re always on the lookout for passionate, reliable baristas and hospitality team interested in seasonal coffee and event jobs across Devon and Cornwall, with regular work also taking us into Dorset and the Chichester area. Our work centres around festivals, large-scale events, private hires and brand collaborations across the South West UK, giving our team the chance to work at some of the most exciting and well-loved events in the region.

We care deeply about quality, which means understanding coffee properly, respecting the craft and taking pride in every cup. We require our team to be friendly, calm under pressure and able to engage with customers whilst working efficiently in fast-moving, high-energy festival environments.
Festival and event work is physical and fast-paced, so we’re always looking to build a team who are hands-on, adaptable and genuinely want to be part of the Wavi Coffee journey. While our work is seasonal and peaks during the spring and summer months, we’re always building a wider team of trusted baristas to call on for events and festivals, and other projects up our sleeves, throughout the year.
