Do you offer coffee van hire for weddings?
Yes - weddings are one of our favourite things to be part of. Wavi Coffee offers a beautifully styled mobile coffee van in our Land Rover Defender providing speciality Origin coffee for weddings across Devon, Cornwall & the South West.
why hire a coffee van for a wedding?
A coffee van at your Devon, Dorset or Cornwall wedding adds something a little different to your day. It’s relaxed, sociable and gives guests a reason to pause, chat and enjoy the experience over a damn good cup of coffee - whether that’s during the drinks reception, after dinner or to fuel guests into the evening.
how far do you travel for weddings?
We’re based in the South West, UK and regularly travel across Devon, Cornwall and surrounding counties for weddings. If your wedding is slightly further afield, let us know the location and pop us a message - we’re always happy to chat.
are you a mobile coffee van suitable for wedding venues?
Absolutely. Wavi is fully self-contained in our Land Rover Defender and designed to work seamlessly at all kinds of wedding venues - from countryside estates and barns to coastal wedding venues in the South West & beyond. All we require is enough space to position ourselves on a flat surface, and access to electric hook up to be able to power our trusty coffee machine!
how far in advance should we book our wedding coffee van?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season weddings. We are currently booking up for 2026 & 2027 weddings. Popular dates tend to book well in advance, particularly summer weekends, and we have to prioritise our busy festival dates! Get in touch with your date and we'll chat!
what coffee do you serve?
We’re super stoked to be working alongside the fab bunch of humans at Origin Coffee who are based out of their roastery in Porthleven, Cornwall. Not only do they tick our sustainability box as a certified B-corp, and go one step further supporting the communities that supply their raw beans, but we truly love the roast and flavour of the organic blend we’re stocking. And we are confident you will too - it's damn good for a reason!
do you offer non-coffee drinks or alternatives?
Yes! We know not everyone drinks coffee, or can stomach caffeine, so we offer a range of caffeine free drinks too! This includes our Exmoor Teas, Organic hot chocolate, and wellness lattes (including matcha and turmeric lattes) - all served with the same attention to detail and care as our coffee.
Do you style the coffee van for weddings?
We keep our setup clean, simple and stylish, allowing it to sit naturally within your day, with some greenery touches and a bow on the bonnet! Our Land Rover often becomes a favourite backdrop for guests and Photographers alike.
