After years of serving coffee from our Land Rover Defender, connecting with communities across festivals, events and weddings, we’ve found a little corner of Devon to call home.
Nestled right next to Starcross train station, our Spring 2026 coffee shop brings Wavi Coffee off the road and into a space designed for slow mornings, calm starts, and connection. It’s everything we stand for - soulful, carefully sourced speciality coffee, sustainable choices, and support for West Country, independent producers - now rooted in the heart of Devon, just on the outskirts of Exeter in Starcross.
Whether you’re waiting for a train at the station, walking along the Exe estuary, pausing during a riverside explore, or popping in for a morning treat, this is a space for slow mornings, for the coffee community, for breakfast treats - and for damn good coffee.
Our Land Rover Defender coffee van will still be out on the road, bringing Wavi to some of the very best festivals and events across the South West this summer season, but Starcross will be a home for all we offer too - a place to savour, linger, and experience coffee the Wavi way, but with walls.
