We made a very intentional decision to be gluten free at events and festivals - because, frankly, the options out there just weren’t good enough. We knew there had to be a better way.
By operating as a gluten free coffee van, we can confidently serve customers with gluten intolerance without compromising on taste, and still appealing to everyone else in the queue. No segregation. Just quality gluten free cakes - because dietary requirements shouldn’t mean lowering your standards.

If you’ve ever been to a festival or large event and needed gluten free food, you’ll know the struggle. With a history of food intolerances and gut issues between them and tired of falling prey to false claims and misleading labels, founders Alison & Amy, have taken it upon themselves to learn how to source decadent, allergen-conscious pastries and cakes without inflammatory ingredients, or endless gums and fillers.
